In addition to all the aforementioned, it is important to note that evidence is also collected of the sending of unique identifiers used during communications between the mail servers involved in the signing processes.
On the other hand, the modalities under the names of "Advanced Biometric Signature" and "Remote Signature" find their full legal validity in the processes to carry out a qualified electronic signature, and which are identified and collected by the Ministry of Economy and Business on the Government's institutional website: https://sedeaplicaciones.minetur.gob.es/Prestadores/Prestador.aspx.
Advanced Biometric Signature makes use of approved devices by means of which a biometric handwritten signature can be made of the documents sent for this purpose. It is a form of signature which the process is based on the use of a handwritten electronic signature and the use of elements of great evidentiary value, such as obtaining biometric elements encoded according to the ISO standard, use of digital certificates of a only use and time stamps, the encryption of biometric data with keys guarded in a notary office or the signing of PAdES LT. The signer can see the entire document on the screen of the signing device, guaranteeing at all times that the process follows the cryptographic standard known as "WYSIWYS (what you see is what you sign)".
As for the “Remote Signature”, it should be noted that it is a comprehensive multi-device service based on the collection of different electronic evidences both from the signing process, and from its subsequent expression in the signed document and in the associated evidence report that it is generated only for the document in question. To determine the complete legal validity through the remote mode, these evidences are based on different factual elements such as the use of the device from which the signature was made, the confirmation of document reading, the sending of a unique key (OTP) by a different channel (usually SMS), the collection of handwritten biometric signature and its data or geolocation.
All this allows the service provided by RealSigner to identify the signer and attribute their will to sign unequivocally, which is why a certificate of conformity will be issued where all the evidence is reflected at the end of the process.
